Expect the Best Gold Senior Program

Recent Virus and other health-related occurrences have brought a different dynamic to having a day at the spa. A day at the spa can greatly benefit a senior citizen’s physical health and well-being, as well as improve their overall emotional health. However, due to the continued issues with Long Covid, the Flu and RSV (respiratory syncytial virus) that has changed the way of life globally, we address providing services in a more safe, friendly and productive manner. Especially with this situation our seniors tend to have more issues and restrictions than the younger generation. Normally, Spa treatments focus on basic maintenance to pain relief, stress management and relaxation and are ideal for elderly spa-goers, who may not be up to the rigors of certain massages or additional spa services. We must now address these conditions carefully. As always we provide that "Personal Touch" on site but still offer virtual services for those with compromised conditions.

Older adults experience the same benefits of spa treatments as the average adult, and then some.

Treatments, like massages, help stimulate circulation and can help ease stiff joints which is a common complaint among the seniors. "Massage releases endorphins, which can help reduce stress and produce a sense of comfort. Senior citizens tend to be more isolated than the average population, and may not have
